Our commitment to your satisfaction

1. Service Fees
Service call fees and hourly labor charges are non-refundable once work has begun. If we arrive and you decide not to proceed with the work, you will only be charged for the time spent diagnosing the issue.
2. Equipment Purchases
- Unopened equipment may be returned within 30 days for a full refund
- Opened equipment may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Special-order items cannot be returned
- Equipment must be in original packaging with all accessories
3. Installation Projects
For installation projects, the following refund terms apply:
- Deposits are non-refundable once equipment has been ordered
- If installation is cancelled before work begins, funds minus deposit may be refunded
- Partial refunds may be available for uncompleted portions of multi-phase projects
4. Monthly Service Plans
Monthly maintenance and support plans can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Refunds are not provided for partial months, but you will not be charged for future months after cancellation.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our installation work, we will return to address any issues at no additional charge within 30 days. If we cannot resolve the issue to your reasonable satisfaction, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
